Senior Project Manager

<p>The <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> provides valuable guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle while undertakes operational tasks when necessary. The job holder builds a project management culture, impacts communities, and empowers staff to implement each project efficiently and promptly. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Develops project strategy and plans for complex and time-framed projects , including project scope, quality standards, time schedule, budget, risk analysis and resources meeting the project specifications and contract terms.</li> <li>Establishes the necessary structures, roles and processes ensuring the right governance and achievement of project objectives.</li> <li>Directly implements activities such as project meetings, documentation (Blueprint), progress reports, research support, development and reviewing of project outputs.</li> <li>Manages testing activities before submitting the project to meet client's requirements and project's purpose.</li> <li>Ensures timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, and meet client requirements.
