What you'll do:

• Full-time property maintenance position supporting a mobile home and RV community.
• Landscaping: Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
• Groundskeeping: Pick up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
• Plumbing: Open clogged drains, fix leaks, expose and identify sources or external water or sewer leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs.
• Electrical: Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, change fuses and meters, and complete similar electrical tasks.
• Carpentry: Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks, and repairing steps, rails, and fencing.
• Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
• Complete other basic maintenance tasks as assigned.

• Ability to manage a daily work log
• Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements

• 1+ year of property maintenance experience
• Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
• Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

This opportunity offers:

• Pay rate: $19-23 hour DOE
• 40 hours a week (M-F, 6:30-3pm)
