Tasks

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle

Make architectural and technical decisions to ensure robust, scalable solutions

Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software

Perform code reviews, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure clean, maintainable code

Identify technical challenges and proactively drive improvements in system design and performance

Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Java (preferably Java 11 or higher)

Solid experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus

Previous experience in a technical leadership or team lead role

Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
