Summary
The Division Director at Sunny Glen Children's Home is a professional who is responsible for managing the Executive Team for each Sunny Glen location. They will oversee all business operations that are assigned to their division to achieve the goals of Sunny Glen. The Division Director will evaluate division performance and ensure that each program complies with the company policies and procedures within State and Federal regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the overall operations of divisional programs.
Monitor company policies and develop new operational procedures to increase the efficiency, quality, and safety of the manufacturing facility.
Evaluating the division's performance and identifying areas of improvement.
Ensuring that all Program Directors comply with the policies and procedures of the division.
Providing leadership and guidance to the employees within their department to ensure that work is completed effectively and efficiently.
Directs the preparation, analysis and management of the approved operating budgets of each divisional program.
Supervises the management of all program and personnel activities.
Participates in long- and short-range planning for all programs and services.
Performs other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer.
Maintain confidentiality on issues concerning program and staff.
Other duties may be assigned.
Expanded Responsibilities
Oversight of DPL expectations and coordination with the Division of Planning & Logistics (DPL).
Maintenance of the Facilities Plan for all federal sites, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly walkthroughs using department-specific checklists.
Conduct process stress tests to ensure corrective actions from audit findings are implemented and that programs remain responsive to client needs.
