This Sr. Manager of L&D will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving strategic programs and processes across the Toro Company (TTC) that shape, optimize, and mobilize our learning and development initiatives. They will own the design and execution of practices related to the evaluation and evolution of wholistic learning and development solutions to support the business. Role will collaborate with human resources (HR) partners, talent COE peers, and business leaders on maximizing organization-wide learning and development programs, systems, and tools. Leads a team responsible for enhancing and deploying learning and development processes across the company.
What Will You Do?

Strong Talent & Teams
Own, create, enhance, and deploy learning and development processes and solutions for office and production employees inclusive of leadership, individual learning and development programs and career planning focused on driving tangible impact and outcomes.
Assess organizational needs and design innovative and effective learning solutions and models, including e-learning modules, on-the-job training, workshops, and certification programs.
Develop, deploy, and manage learning programs, ensuring they are accessible and relevant to all employees with keen focus on the production workforce.
Under the guidance of the managing director of talent and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), take on a primary role in the advancement and adoption of enterprise human resources priorities as related to the learning and development function, including ensuring we develop teams and talent to deliver on the ambitions of the company, foster an engaging workplace, and create a best-in-class experience for our people.
Leverage the enhanced capabilities of the human capital management system (Workday) to advance and accelerate the application of learning and development practices; develop strong systems capability; utilize data to drive results.
