Primary responsibilities include: administrative support, financial transactions, website and social media support, assistance with editing/proofreading, solicitations, and event coordination. The Administrative Coordinator initiates and coordinates the Center’s annual fundraising campaign, working closely with the Executive Director, by determining potential donors, corresponding with returning donors, scheduling calls, drafting and sending letters, sending follow-ups, and tracking/monitoring funds received. Liaise with Wharton External Affairs when necessary.
