About the role

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-12/GS-14: Incumbent must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience to the CP-11/GS-13 level. Specialized experience is defined as 1) independently managing the design and evaluation of studies, organizational assessments, programs, and analytical reviews; 2) overseeing complex organizational initiatives; and 3) identifying and implementing solutions to solve competing priorities and enhance strategic direction. For the CP-13/GS-15: Incumbent must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience to the CP-12/GS-14 level. Specialized experience is defined as 1) leading and directing executive-level meetings, agendas, briefings, and action items; 2) managing and supervising multi-functional organizational components, programs, or projects; and 3) agency-level strategic planning, performance management, and accountability. Bachelor's Degree Required. PMP and law enforcement/policing experience preferred. All eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the vacancy announcement.
