We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Talent and Recruiting and Performance Functional Technical/Functional Resource to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective maintaining and optimization of Workday's Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, exceptional technical skills, and a proven track record of successful Workday implementations. 

 

What you will do:  

  • Implementation and Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. 

  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that enhance system functionality and efficiency. 

  • Strong knowledge of configuring all components of the worker profile including skills, goals, job history etc.  

  • Experience with mass loading of data using EIB 

  • Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs 

  • Collaborate with other CDW teams to determine the optimal solution architecture to ensure application efficiency, maintainability and scalability. 

  • System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Workday configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.  

  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Workday modules. 

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the Workday system, and perform regular audits to maintain high standards. 

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. 

  • Project Management: Lead and participate in project teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion. 

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. 

  • System maintenance: Help troubleshoot and resolve services tickets related to talent, recruiting and performance.  

 

    

 

What we expect of you:    

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, release updates and daily support of the system. OR, 9 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance
