Patient Access Representative

The patient Access Representative gathers and processes customer information, assuring efficient and accurate customer registration. They also make appointments for the providers over the telephone and in person. 

 

Work Schedule: 

• 40 hrs. weekly / 1.0 FTE 
• Varying shifts between the hours of 11:00 am – 8:30 pm 
• Opportunity to cross train from 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm in the ER
• Rotating holidays

 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years related office experience
