Job Title: Support Officer Enterprise Architecture

Reports to: Head of Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary: The Support Officer Enterprise Architecture plays a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with both business goals and technology strategies. This position involves close collaboration with senior architects within the Enterprise Architecture team, solution architects in the Technology teams, and various business stakeholders. The Support Officer Enterprise Architecture will assist in creating high-level architectural designs and operating models, providing (technical) guidance to project teams, and maintaining structure in documentation, decision-making, and roadmap planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and Processes: Assist in designing and implementing enterprise architecture governance by utilizing well-defined processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and predictability.
• Support the creation of high level architectural designs, diagrams, and documentation.
• Document the high level designs, operating models and other Architecture drawings clearly and comprehensively.
• Assist with documentation and Follow-Up: Efficiently document meeting discussions and decisions, maintain action and decision logs, and ensure timely follow-up on all tasks.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the execution of decisions and completion of action items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support the creation and maintenance of a multi-year roadmap for the architecture team, focusing on careful planning and forward-thinking to achieve strategic goals.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation of architectural solutions with the Solution Architects in the Technology teams.
• Work closely with solution architects in the technology teams to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT or a related field, with exposure to enterprise architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, data management, and application development.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
• Ability to structure processes and apply standard methodologies.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX EA , Ardoq Enterprise Architecture, Service Now etc. ).
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards.
• Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
