Our Software Development team applies knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems that in-turn helps patients and the healthcare system. The team assists in the delivery of customer-centric features by facilitating and providing an attitude of servant leadership to a technical team. We excel at design concept generation, participating in design reviews and acceptance of team deliverables by assessing performance against design specification for desired customer workflows and outcomes.  

The Opportunity:

  • You will partner with business and software development team(s) to translate business/customer needs into technological solutions.

  • You have a drive for success and will make significant contributions to the strategic directions and projects through knowledge of technology and its creative applications.

  • You are comfortable in participating and leading cross-functional technical teams (including participation in planning, technical assessments,  and retrospectives).

  • You are organized and can easily prioritize and participate in Program Increment (PI) planning with your team.  Heavily involved in team backlog refinement and prioritization.

  • You will collaborate on builds, and edits with Program Management and System Architects, providing your team with details of what needs to be built. Participates in program manager syncs to coordinate cross team dependencies during development execution.


Who you are:  

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • You have at least 12 years of related experience

  • You have direct or indirect leadership experience

Preferred

  • Expert knowledge and application of engineering principles and concepts.

  • Reputation as emerging leader in field through performance and accomplishments.

  • Understands and uses expert practices for requirements management, development and analysis.

  • Mentors others in requirements engineering and assures growth in company practices.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is 117,700-218,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
