Under the direction of the Director of Rehab Services, Assistant Director of Outpatient Rehab or Clinical Supervisor, the lead therapist is also responsible for oversight of the daily schedule and activities of the day to day operations of the therapy staff. Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred Education:Master’s Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Required Skills:
Basic computer skills, good interpersonal skills, basic organizational and time management skills, basic knowledge and skills to care for the physical needs of the population served. Preferred Skills:
Advanced skills/certifications in specialty areas, such as NDT, geriatric, orthopedics, etc. Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Current Texas license as a Physical Therapist and BLS
Required Experience:
Two years experience in the current job Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with leadership/managerial responsibilities
Required Skills:
