Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program (GGP) – designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.

About the Program:

Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path that consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place in your chosen area of Operations. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a full-time role at Heineken USA (HUSA), located in White Plains, NY (USA). 

• Rotation 1: Embark on your journey on the Operations team at HUSA where you’ll gain a solid understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
• Rotation 2: Your next rotation will entail working on a a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
• Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Landing Role: Now that you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learned in a full-time position at HUSA! Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

Make your mark on the HUSA Operations team where you will strategically support business growth and deliver value through the operational execution of supply chain activities in groups such as Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning (Supply & Demand), and Supply Chain Optimization. Our Operations team is responsible for all supply chain activity including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, customer services, and logistics. If you have a passion for improving the customer or client experience, solving problems, and helping organizations operate more effectively, our Operations team could be a perfect fit. ​
