It plays a key part in ensuring that SAP Brazil Tax Reform solutions and related enhancements are smoothly transitioned from delivery teams into long-term support and maintenance structures. The position is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with development, QA, AMS, and support teams to enable operational readiness. It focuses on structuring and standardizing knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-go-live stability. The engineer will help ensure that technical and functional ownership is clearly transitioned with minimal disruption to clients.
