Your mission as a Team Lead Growth Marketing

Appinio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for Growth Marketing. This pivotal role drives customer acquisition and growth across multiple marketing channels, ensuring Appinio scales its global presence effectively and captures demand in various markets.
As a leader within the global marketing team, you will oversee and develop a team of five, collaborating with local Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to implement strategies to maximize growth and enhance marketing efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead, develop, and build out a team of growth marketing professionals
• Strategize and manage global customer acquisition initiatives, including demand generation, paid search, organic search, and performance marketing
• Oversee marketing operations and analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and utilizing new technologies like generative AI to improve marketing processes
• Manage the technical aspects of the website and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve user experience and engagement
• Direct CRM and lifecycle management to build top-notch customer journeys, enhancing customer retention and loyalty
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with data, product, commercial roles, and other marketing areas to ensure alignment and synergy
• Support local GTM teams in executing growth strategies and optimizing the customer journey 

You will thrive in this role if

• You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in growth marketing or a related field in the B2B space, with significant experience in team leadership.
• You are highly analytical, with a strong ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
• You excel in cross-functional collaboration, effectively working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Your proactive and innovative mindset drives you to challenge the status quo and embrace new marketing technologies and methodologies.
• Curiosity and ambition define you, coupled with a strong desire to lead, inspire, and make a substantial impact on Appinio’s growth.
