Job Title: Insurance Tech Lead (Property and Casualty)

Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-Time Position

Salary upon conversion: $130000 - $150000/Year

Skillset Required: Insurance Tech Lead P&C, Duck Creek, Guidewire, Prominent Insurance tools used in US Market

Job Description

Preferably looking for 12+ years of experience candidate

Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive. On-hand experience in process Improvement.

Knowledge of Agile Development Lifecycle, Guidewire Billing Center, and Claim Center.

Guidewire Billing Center (Integration): Gather and document current and future business requirements by interviewing key business and IT stakeholders.

Research current integration processes to Legacy Billing System with Policy Administration Systems, Accounting and Account Management Systems.

Guidewire Claim Center (Configuration): Gather and document current and future business requirements by interviewing key business and IT stakeholders.

Research and document current and future screen design and business logic in Legacy Claim System

Assist in Development Lifecycle (Agile) for both Billing Center (Integration) and Claim Center (Configuration) by assisting in the approval of requirement documents, development of test case scenarios, and coordination with internal business partners and IT.

Good to have:

Provide status reports and application DEMO to clients and 'C Level' executives.

Knowledge of "Policy Decision" and “AQS”
