In this position, your primary responsibility is to provide immunizations at community outreach events, clinics, and other public settings. You’ll support access to essential vaccines by delivering safe, high‑quality immunization services in a variety of environments. You’ll also assist with patient care in immunization clinics and may participate in public health response efforts during disease outbreaks. This role blends hands‑on clinical work with community engagement, helping improve immunization access and outcomes across diverse populations.

We Require
One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a community/public health setting, school, physician’s office, acute care facility, or other relevant nursing practice
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing (or another state recognized by Arizona as a multi-compact license state)

Job Contributions
Provides immunizations to adults and children at community and mobile outreach events, including reviewing immunization records and ASIIS data, determining vaccine needs, administering vaccines, and ensuring appropriate follow‑up and documentation
Supports community immunization outreach efforts by participating in events that expand vaccine access, promote awareness, and advance public health initiatives, while ensuring proper transport, handling, and storage of vaccines and supplies
Assists with operational setup and closure for fixed immunization clinics and community‑based events, ensuring readiness, safety, and adherence to clinical protocols
Maintains accurate and timely documentation through nurses’ notes, reporting forms, consent forms, and electro
