Job Description Summary

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Product Manager to join our dynamic Diagnostic Solutions team in the Nordics.

This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a cluster marketing organisation covering Benelux, Nordics, and the UK. You will support the development and execution of regional product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation in diagnostic healthcare. As a field-based position, regular travel across the covered countries—and occasionally to other EMEA locations—is expected. You can be based anywhere in Denmark or Sweden, provided you are well-positioned for travel. Some presence in the office will also be required.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Lead strategic planning and execution for the Molecular and Women's Health product portfolio in the North cluster.
• Drive market intelligence efforts to identify trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities in molecular diagnostics and women's health.
• Develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies tailored to regional healthcare systems.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including launch planning, performance tracking, and phase-out strategies.
• Collaborate with cluster and EMEA teams to align initiatives and ensure consistent product communication.
• Guide cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, medical affairs, and supply chain to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead customer engagement activities, including key account visits, advisory boards, and feedback sessions.
• Support development of high-impact marketing campaigns and educational content focused on molecular and women's health diagnostics.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of strategic-level Product Management experience is a must, with a strong understanding of market dynamics in Benelux, Nordics, and the UK.
• Experience in the medical devices or life sciences sector is required; background in infectious disease diagnostics is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Estimated annual salary range:

Denmark: DKK 660,000 – 820,000
Sweden: SEK 550,000 – 790,000
A performance-based bonus is offered in addition to the base salary.
