The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of EMEA Payroll, excellent technical and communication skills. This position reports to the Manager, International Payroll </span></p> <p><span><strong>A Typical Day: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Processing end-to-end payroll for EMEA &amp; LATAM employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborating with Talent and other departments to maintain accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related queries.</span></li> <li><span>Handling payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and other compensation elements.</span></li> <li><span>Preparing and submitting payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory payments.</span></li> <li><span>Assisting in implementing process improvements and automation within the payroll function.</span></li> <li><span>Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Your Expertise:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>5+ years of experience in processing payroll</span></li> <li><span>Ability to manage confidential data professionally</span></li> <li><span>Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills </span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of Payroll &amp; Labour law compliances.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in maintaining/creating documentation </span></li> <li><span>Strong written and oral communication skills</span></li> <li><span>Experience in Workday / Cloudpay <br/></span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Our Commitment To Inclusion &amp; Belonging:</strong></span></p> <p><span>Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
