About the role

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Neuroscience Center

Position Summary:
This role provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership within the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities with limited guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for multiple leaders.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

  • Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate office records, files, and resource data.

  • Provide basic budget oversight and reporting support.

  • Anticipate and address administrative and technical challenges proactively.

  • Exercise sound judgment and adapt to the specific needs of the leaders supported.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 3–5+ years of relevant administrative experience.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization or complex work environment preferred.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Ability to receive, analyze, and interpret complex data and information.
