Position Summary
Branch's Civil Division is searching for a collaborative and driven Field Service Foreperson to join our well-established, growing company. The Equipment Field Foreperson (EFF) is responsible for coordinating, directing and supervising Equipment Operation’s field personnel, and the daily repair and maintenance of BCI equipment. The EFF promotes and develops communication, coordination, and cooperation between Field and Equipment Operations. The EFF will provide technical assistance as needed to ensure that equipment personnel work safely and that equipment is maintained in safe and reliable working condition. The EFF will use best methods to minimize equipment repair downtime and cost.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations.
- Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude.
- Communicate equipment status and readiness with project and equipment operations management.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment condition, repair priorities, and the safety of all EO field operations.
- Develop and manage positive relationships and a sense of urgency with EO personnel.
- Evaluate productivity, monitor labor hours (time cards), and ensures jobs are properly staffed, including covering vacations, call offs, special short-term requirements, and emergency support.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the operating, maintenance, and repair procedures of all equipment owned and/or operated by Branch Civil, Inc.
- Coordinate and communicate scheduling of major repairs and downtime with Equipment Superintendent.
- Monitor preventive maintenance scheduling and procedures to ensure correct intervals, tasks, and performance.

- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local labor laws.
- Assist in the recruitment and deployment of equipment maintenance and service personnel
- Assist with training field equipment ops. personnel upon hiring, as well as assist the Equipment Superintendent in identifying needs for continuing education for established employees.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Automotive/Diesel Field and 5 years related experience OR
- Technical diploma and 7 years related experience OR
- 10 years heavy equipment repair experience
- Preferred basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience
- CDL license with hazmat and tanker endorsements required within 60 days
