ChenMoore currently employs over one hundred and seventy (180) professionals, which affords our valued clients a top-level service.</p></div><p><strong><u>Job Description </u></strong></p> <p>ChenMoore is seeking a <strong>Senior Engineer, Distribution</strong> to support the design and delivery of power distribution infrastructure projects across Florida and surrounding states.&nbsp; This role will focus on utility distribution systems, including overhead and underground design, system upgrades, and grid resiliency initiatives.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings experience in electric utility distribution design, strong engineering fundamentals, and the ability to support projects from field data collection through final design and construction packages.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the design and engineering of electric utility distribution systems (overhead and underground).</li> <li>Perform engineering calculations and design for:</li> <ul> <li>Conductor sizing and reconductoring</li> <li>Pole loading and structural analysis</li> <li>Transformer and equipment placement</li> </ul> <li>Conduct field visits and site assessments, including data collection, measurements, and existing condition evaluations.</li> <li>Develop construction-ready design packages, including plans, specifications, and material estimates.</li> <li>Apply utility standards and client specif
