You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and growing our primary website — firstresponderprotectiveservices.com — and managing our sub-brands and affiliated domains.

Position Summary

This hybrid role blends website development, SEO marketing, analytics, and content-driven social media management. Ideal for a tech-savvy digital marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of projects across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Maintain, optimize, and expand multiple WordPress sites (Flatsome, Elementor, or other builders)
• Build and deploy landing pages, service pages, and marketing funnels
• Oversee hosting, security, plugin updates, and site speed optimization

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Execute SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Perform keyword research, meta optimization, schema markup, and backlink outreach
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Generate monthly reports with actionable insights

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Collaborate on campaign planning and messaging strategy
• Design basic graphics using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar
• Support email marketing and ad campaigns when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress website development
• Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and related platforms
• Ability to manage multiple web properties and brand identities simultaneously
• Strong writing, editing, and basic graphic design skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the security or technology sectors
• Google Ads and/or SEO certifications
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or PHP 
• Experience building and executing digital campaigns from the ground up
