IT Support Specialist

What you'll do:

• Assist our IT team to provide 1st level support for applications and end-user devices for our US offices mainly

• Support procurement and distribution of IT related hardware

• Support installation and configuration of software on end-user devices and equipment

• Prepare end user work environment and install equipment and accessories as needed

• Contribute in global support requests

• Maintenance of data in the ticketing system

• Manage, track, and update the local hardware inventory

• Support the IT team in IT related projects

• Support in documentation

What we are looking for:

• Training or education in relevant discipline

• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365 and other Microsoft products and direct end-user interaction

• Basic knowledge client/server and networking concept

• Basic knowledge in organizing procurement and vendor relationship management

• Knowledge of Mac OSX is a must

• Experience with any of these will be an asset: Linux, PRTG, PowerShell, Zendesk

• Open minded, self-motivated and eagerness to learn

• Very good communication skills in English, German language is an advantage

• Must have a car and be willing to work once every two weeks from the Hollywood office
