Responsibilities:

The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) HR team is seeking an HR Generalist responsible for performing a broad range of HR and operational support for a fun and fast-paced client base – the DTC Product team. This position will interface with business partners, stakeholders, and employees across the organization.  You’ll be one of the first points of contact for employees shaping their experience.

 

Compliance

  • Supports HR Director and team on execution of all HR compliance initiatives. 
  • Supports key initiatives by gathering and analyzing data to ensure adherence to compliance policies. As necessary, escalates identified risks to senior team members. Identifies compliance impact on matters such as documentation and other business-related initiatives.

 

HR

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment activities for open positions including, drafting job descriptions, benchmarking positions, track headcount, manage budget.
  • Provide HR operational support during the employee life cycle including on-boarding, off-boarding, exit interviews, compensation analysis, immigration, performance management, and reporting/analytics.
  • Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures
  • Support and facilitate organizational changes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to employees and help them develop their career
  • Act as back-up for processing of transactions in HR systems including promotions, new hires, terminations, organizational changes, etc. through required workflow processes.
  • Liaise with HR specialists and partners, including Benefits, Compensation and Payroll, to manage and resolve employee inquiries.
  • Contribute to, and may have project ownership of, certain processes for HR-related initiatives.
  • Partner with HR team and leadership to create, plan, and execute culture building activities and events.
  • Serve as main point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Alongside HR Business Partners, participate in and help support the employee concern/investigation process and document in our iSight system.
  • Assist and support HR Business Partners with ER cases, as well as cases originating through the companies Ethic’s Hotline as needed.
  • Support HR Business Partners with drafting written warnings, memos, and other necessary documentation.
  • Partner with clients on managing culture.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Related Field of Study and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience in fast paced environments.  Ability to work in the gray and proactively develop creative solutions.
