Requirements
Your Skills
- 5+ years as a UX/UI.
- Passionate and eager to apply your design and research skills to mission-driven products in EC’s issue areas, particularly focused on immigration and education.
- Expert end-to-end designer working at all phases of the product lifecycle, especially with new early-stage ideas.
- Proficiency level working with Figma and Miro.
- Appreciation and familiarity with best practices for data visualizations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- English proficiency.
How You’ll Stand Out
- Hands on experience leading product and design thinking strategy sessions using collaboration tools.
- Systems thinker with experience creating user-friendly designs and/or interfaces, including maps for large and complex datasets.
