Requirements

Your Skills

• 5+ years as a UX/UI.
• Passionate and eager to apply your design and research skills to mission-driven products in EC’s issue areas, particularly focused on immigration and education.
• Expert end-to-end designer working at all phases of the product lifecycle, especially with new early-stage ideas.
• Proficiency level working with Figma and Miro.
• Appreciation and familiarity with best practices for data visualizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• English proficiency.

How You’ll Stand Out

• Hands on experience leading product and design thinking strategy sessions using collaboration tools.
• Systems thinker with experience creating user-friendly designs and/or interfaces, including maps for large and complex datasets.

The Screening Process

4. 30-min interview with the Director of Engineering and Product Manager.
