The role will report to the advanced analytics lead and will work collaboratively with franchises and regions to understand the business needs and to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Collaborate closely with these departments to align data-driven insights with strategic decisions, identifying key areas for growth, optimization and innovation.</p><p></p><p><b>Your day at Ferring</b></p><ul><li><p>Analyze large datasets from CRM tool, IQVIA market data, real-world evidence, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and insights</p></li><li><p>Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support decision-making in drug development and market strategies</p></li><li><p>Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports, translating complex analyses into actionable business recommendations</p></li><li><p>Utilize programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop dashboards and visualizations</p></li><li><p>Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines</p></li><li><p>Stay current with advancements in data science methodologies and industry trends relevant to pharmaceuticals</p></li><li><p>Generate insights using statistical techniques and machine learning models that transform raw data into actionable levers for change.
