Senior Finance Executive

This is a remote position.

Summary of The Role

Role Responsibilities

• Managing and recording all financial transactions: customer order processing, including raising supplier purchase orders and issuing quotes and invoices to customer.
  
• Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and allocating nominal codes against the required business units.
  
• Managing supplier credit control to ensure the business operates within the agreed supplier terms, preparing supplier payment runs and ensuring invoice/PO controls are adhered to.
  
• Order Processing via key supplier platforms and matching bills of materials to purchase orders.
  
• Preparing monthly supplier reconciliations.
  
• Maintaining and managing the central finance mail inbox.
  
• Liaising with the project coordinators to ensure accurate and timely postings into SAP.
  
• Manage processing of monthly corporate credit card expense claims and staff out of pocket travel and expenses.
  
• Support other finance team members in the day-to-day running of the finance department.
  
• Managing the finance inbox and replying to various teams in the company with the support of the finance team.
  

Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  
• CA / CIMA / ACCA partially equivalent.
  
• SAP experience is mandatory.
  
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
  
• Understanding of the basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  
• Knowledge of double entry accounting.
  
• Prior experience working in accounts (payable or receivable) preferred.
  
• Proficient MS Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, SumIf formulas etc.) and experienced in core MS office packages.
  
• Ability to possess a good command of English and a positive approach towards working as a team.
  
• Problem solving skills and quick-thinking approach.
  
• Sense of accountability and responsibility towards your work.
