Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Manager to support the North America Regional B2B Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of priority industry events, supporting campaign and demand generation initiatives, and collaborating with Visa’s Marketing Operations team to optimize processes, reporting, and campaign integration.

As a Manager, you will work closely with the broader marketing team to coordinate event logistics, assist in campaign execution, manage deliverables, track performance metrics, and ensure activities align with Visa’s commercial marketing strategy for LMM (Large and Medium Market). This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing execution and pipeline-driving programs within a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination & Execution:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional industry events. Ensure all event elements — including content, branding, and logistics — are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Visa’s brand and strategic objectives.
  • Campaign & Demand Generation Support:
Assist in the implementation of regional marketing campaigns designed to generate demand, nurture leads, and drive engagement for LMM. Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and reporting in partnership with the Senior Manager and Marketing Operations.
  • Marketing Operations Integration:
Partner with the Marketing Operations team to ensure event activities and regional campaigns are integrated into Visa’s broader marketing processes, reporting systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to manage deliverables, timelines, and approvals for event and campaign materials.
  • Performance Tracking:
Assist in capturing and analyzing event and campaign performance metrics, providing insights to the Director and marketing leadership to inform future initiatives.
  • Content & Asset Management:
Support the preparation, deployment, and tracking of marketing assets for events and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline event, campaign, and demand generation workflows, improve collaboration with Marketing Operations, and enhance overall execution efficiency.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
