Job Description:

Data Engineer (C4ISR Architecture), Senior 

Our work depends on a Senior-level Data Engineer (C4ISR Architecture), to serve in support of defense analytical and administrative requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). 

HOW A DATA ENGINEER (C4ISR ARCHITECTURE), SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Provide administration of Full Motion Video (FMV) dissemination systems, including Force Point Raise the Bar Compliant Cross Domain System Feed Management portals.
• Engineer, configure, and deploy FMV dissemination solutions to support USCENTCOM, component, and coalition partner requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise of C4ISR Systems employed by the JIOC, CCMD, components, and coalition partners to ensure integration of ISR platforms supporting CCMD Operational requirements.
• Represent the CCMD J2 equities to Service and/or CSA Programs of Record such as DISA UVDS, Air Force DGS, NSA CuAS, and NGA MAVEN to ensure interoperability of all C4ISR Systems supporting the CCMD.
• Provide crisis operations support for FMV dissemination to various networks, including JWICS, SIPR Rel, BICES, CPN Bi-Lats, CPN-X, TALON, and SEAGULL.
• Provide Network Engineering, FMV routing, and dissemination in support of integrating coalition and service federated PED Nodes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with favorable poly.
• US Citizenship Required
• Desired Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 12 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.
• Required:  In-depth knowledge of FMV dissemination systems, C4ISR Systems, and network engineering concepts.
• Preferred: DoD, intelligence, operational, CCMD and / or USCENTCOM experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
