HTS is currently hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a highly respected continuing care retirement facility located in South Bend, Indiana. The primary role of the OT in this position will be to evaluate and treat patients on 3 weekdays (flexible days) per week, approximately 20 hours per week.
· Diverse caseload from rehab-to-home and outpatient populations.

RequirementsApplicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
