What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Turf Applicator/ Route Manager:

• Apply turfgrass treatments, including fertilization, aeration, seeding, and pest control.
• Learn and apply best practices in turf management and lawn care.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and attention to detail.
• Diagnose turfgrass issues and implement effective solutions with team guidance.
• Maintain and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Grow your knowledge of horticulture, agronomy, and Ryan’s wide range of services.

Requirements

•  No prior experience necessary—training provided!
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to obtain a state-issued pesticide applicator license within 3 months
