As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the data analysis and reporting efforts of the organization. You will work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and junior analysts to gather requirements, develop advanced reports, and provide strategic insights that drive business decisions. Job Location: Farmers Branch, TX (hybrid – some on-site office attendance required) Key Responsibilities: 

• Leading the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Gathering and analyzing data from various sources to support business decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives.
• Participating in data quality and data governance initiatives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
• Mentoring and guiding junior analysts in data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
