A few words about you working with us

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Internship) to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in talent acquisition and recruitment within the IT sector. As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

• Assist in sourcing IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Learn and apply effective search techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Assist in evaluating resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability for specific roles.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process and company.
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and records.
• Prepare and update recruitment reports and documentation.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates to encourage referrals and repeat engagements.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process and company

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the HR team to understand the organization's staffing needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's Degree in Human Resources or Business
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (greek & english language)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
