Position OverviewThe Deputy Program Manager / Acquisition & Program Management Analyst will offer comprehensive analytical, acquisition, risk management, and administrative assistance to support contract execution. This role involves working closely with various departments and ensuring that all processes align with set objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide thorough analytical support and detailed risk management for all phases of contract execution.
Deliver acquisition management services to ensure efficient and effective contract performance.
Maintain oversight of contract site operations, ensuring all activities meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in project goals and objectives.
Conduct detailed assessments and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
Implement administrative support tasks including documentation, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to set schedules.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
