Working from our Lisbon headquarters, your mission will be to power the company’s growth by sourcing and selecting talents for our operational bases located all over Europe, North America and Oceania. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain insight into the full candidate cycle in international recruitment and selection processes.</p> <p><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p> <ul> <li>You'll be responsible for the Talent Acquisition process from A-Z for your portfolio of areas and profiles;</li> <li>Sourcing candidates with different profiles all over Europe through online channels, local sources, partnerships, social media, referrals and other sources;</li> <li>Identifying the most qualified candidates using objective selection methods and technology;</li> <li>Conducting online &amp; phone interviews, together with scheduling interviews with hiring managers;</li> <li>Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and promoting the Indie Campers brand;</li> <li>Building strategic talent pools for future needs;</li> <li>Building good relationships with hiring managers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p> <ul> <li>You're a student in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or related field (mandatory);</li> <li>You have good English skills, spoken and written (mandatory);</li> <li>You're a good communicator, and enjoy interaction with candidates and working in a team;</li> <li>You're ambitious and eager to learn.</li> </ul> <p><strong>THE INDIE COMMITMENT!</strong></p> <ul> <li>Up to 6-month internship with a complete training program delivered by senior HR professionals, building your skills step-by-step;</li> <li>The opportunity to start a career in a fast-growing, innovative and tech-driven company.
