EJ has an immediate opening for 3rd Pattern Setup (9:30pm-5:30am). Starting at $23.30 and potential up to $29.32 per hour after training/apprenticeship is complete. This role does have mandatory training/apprenticeship on 1st shift 7:30am to 3:30pm starting out.
Shift premium is $1.50 for 2nd or 3rd shift positions.

SUMMARY
Safely set-up and/or repair patterns and coreboxes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with regard to a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety expectations of the organization.
- Promotes the company culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company.
- Set ups and/or repairs patterns and coreboxes.
- Uses power and/or hand tools per work instruction database and associated information systems.
- May drive industrial equipment to move materials.
- Uses computer to obtain and or input information.
- May be assigned to jobs in other departments.
- May aid in training of others.
- Provides suggestions for improvement of all of our systems.
- Must meet physical demands as stated below.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
