AI Team LEAD

*Project Description:

Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, define, and prioritize AI and machine learning projects.

Lead the rapid and effective development of proof-of-concepts for AI initiatives.

Design, build, and deploy AI solutions using Python, ML libraries, third-party AI services, and AWS.

Act as a mentor and technical leader within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Coordinate communication and planning across teams.

Define the technical direction of projects and ensure they meet scalability and robustness requirements, engaging other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

Strong experience in Python and ML libraries.

Hands-on experience in ML projects.

Knowledge of LLMs and NLP.

Practical experience with AWS (GCP is a plus).

Knowledge of microservices and integration with third-party APIs.

Experience in monitoring production applications.

Proficient in version control (Git).

Strong written and verbal communication; documentation skills.

Advanced/Fluent English.
