HVAC Project Manager

We are looking for an experience HVAC Project Manager to join our team.

Duties

• Manage HVAC projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation.
• Mentor and lead project team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC is required.
• Experience with construction HVAC is required.
• Reliable transportation is required (gas reimbursement)
