Job Description

As a Junior Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our bespoke manufacturing process. This role combines technical expertise with practical application, requiring proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for detail. You’ll create detailed estimates, proposals, and production plans for custom projects, translating client visions into reality. Responsibilities

• Craft detailed estimates and proposals for custom timber fencing and gate projects
  
• Produce comprehensive work orders and cut lists for factory production
  
• Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify technical drawings for custom designs
  
• Analyze and adjust pricing for bespoke projects, ensuring accuracy and profitability
  
• Assist in production scheduling and inventory management to optimize workflow
  
• Contribute to job costing, procurement analysis, and process improvement initiatives
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production supervisors, to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Potential to expand role into project management and operational analysis as the company grows
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
  
• Technical or civil background, 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
  
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking
  
• English communication skills for internal collaboration
  
• Entry-level candidates or recent graduates with relevant education considered
