Systems Software Developer – Quantico, VA

Full Visibility is seeking a Systems Software Developer to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.

The Systems Software Developer will develop and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision. The candidate will research, design, develop, and test computer and network software or specialized utility programs, and analyze user needs and develop software solutions. The ideal candidate will update software or enhance existing software capabilities, work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems, and develop specifications and performance requirements. The Systems Software Developer will create, modify, or maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. The successful candidate will plan and implement software security measures and develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• At least four (4+) years of experience as an applications programmer on computer and database management systems
• Experience with .NET, C#, ASP.net, WebAPI or Rest API, SignalR, Blazor, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, NoSQL, MongoDB, Agile, Linux and Windows OS
• Experience programming in the Java programming language on Linux or Windows OS Experience identifying technical strategies
• Experience programming for web applications utilizing JavaScript
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with 4 years of experience or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience is preferred
