At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We are a multi-specialty medical practice located in the northern Baltimore suburban community. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in 8 areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry. Each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site.

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in treating diabetes to join our Endocrinology team! Candidates should have proven experience diagnosing, treating and managing patients with diabetes. You will work Full Time under the supervision of our Board-Certified Endocrinologist. You must be flexible and willing to provide care at our Reisterstown (120 Westminster Pike) and Pikesville (Exit 20 off Baltimore Beltway) locations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Direct patient care and patient education.

· Perform patient examinations.

· Develop and manage treatment plans.

· Prescribe medication.

· Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.

Requirements:

· Current State of Maryland Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License Required

· MUST HAVE experience in Endocrinology / Diabetes - CDCES preferred

· Ability to build rapport with patients.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.

· Proficiency in EMR/ computer skills with a willingness and ability to learn new applications.
