WPS Project Manager

Job Description:

• Assign and drive the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Facilitate regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Track project changes and approvals
• Drive project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, emails, and status reports
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project scope, requirements, dependencies, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Create and update project plans, working knowledge of Smartsheet for schedule and RAID management
• Submit and monitor ITIL Change Requests as required by project needs
• Efficiently manage multiple projects at a time
• Knowledge and practical usage of PMI Project Management
• Monitor any changes to scope and schedule
• Establish and implement Communications Plan for all stakeholders
• Manage expectations with all stakeholders
• Work with SMEs to conduct evaluations based upon agreed criteria
• Monitor, track and manage risks and mitigations to closure
• Report project progress to Zensar and client management
• Obtain signoffs at agreed milestones / phase gates for all project plans
• Experience of having worked in or supported a Workplace Services environment in the past.
• Knowledge/Experience with Service Desk, ITIL Service Management, Field Support, and Desktop Engineering
• Experience in upgrading Microsoft environment of 10,000+ systems or refreshing 1,000’s of PCs at a time.
