We’re cooking up something special at Hemet Hills Post Acute, our newly acquired skilled nursing facility in Hemet, CA—and we’re looking for an experienced Dietary Cook to join our kitchen crew!

With 178 beds and a mission to serve both short- and long-term patients, we know that great care starts with great food. If you’ve got a passion for flavor and a heart for service, we want to meet you!

 Pay: Starting at $19/hr + DOE

️ What You’ll Be Serving Up:

• Prepare delicious, nutritious meals in large quantities that meet residents’ dietary needs.
• Follow menus and portion guides like a pro.
• Cook up special diets and pureed meals with care and accuracy.
• Keep the kitchen sparkling clean and safe—because presentation matters!
• Record food temps, maintain sanitizer buckets, and follow cleaning schedules.
• Assist with meal service and make every plate look as good as it tastes.
• Collaborate with other departments and support your fellow dietary team members.
• Help train new dietary staff and bring your kitchen wisdom to the table.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior cooking experience (bonus points for healthcare or skilled nursing settings!)
• A team player who’s ready to lead and be led.
• Someone who takes pride in presentation and cleanliness.
• CPR certification? That’s a plus!
