Role & Responsibility:

  • Manages and coordinates clinical and administrative services for assigned Ambulatory Regional clinics - Mequon & Delafield
  • Manages professional, administrative and technical personnel including licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, clinic assistants, and clinic secretaries in partnership with Ambulatory Managers and the Director of Regional Ambulatory Operations, while maintaining 70-80% staffing between both sites
  • Provides support of all clinic services and contributes to the clinic site business and financial operations.
  • Is an active member of the specialty clinic teams including staffing support for either location
  • Supports the care management model, the standards of pediatric clinical practice, legal, all regulatory standards, Code of Ethics and established policies and procedures. 
  • Offers flexibility to travel between sites as clinical needs arise
  • Responsible for onboarding and training of new staff while acting as a significant partner to all other Regional Managers to standardize onboarding process across Ambulatory Services.
  • Partners with Site Manager in shared Delafield and Mequon leadership model to balance coverage and needs between the two sites.

Education, License & Certification:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business field preferred
  • RN, LPN, or MA certification preferred. Will consider other healthcare certification if fits the needs of the clinic
  • Current CPR certification – Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required

Skills & Experience:

  • Two years of outpatient clinical experience. Pediatric experience preferred.   
  • At least one year supervisory or other leadership experience preferred
  • Good organizational and patient relation skills.  High level of communication skills necessary for assessment of patient and family concerns and processing referrals for appropriate medical care.
  • Ability to read, interpret and enact policies and procedures.
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 75% of the work time.
