About the Role:

 

We’re looking for a Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist to take on a dynamic hybrid role that’s split between supporting our front desk team and assisting in the treatment area.

 

As a Receptionist/CSR, you’ll:

• Be the friendly face (and voice!) that welcomes our clients and their furry, feathered, or scaled friends
• Answer phones and help triage patient needs
• Schedule appointments and communicate with our medical team
• Check clients in and out and handle payment transactions with a smile

As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide compassionate care to our patients
• Assist doctors and RVTs during exams and procedures
• Set up appointments and help educate clients about their pet’s care

Veterinary experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train someone who has a great attitude and a passion for animals!
