Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. JOB SUMMARY:

Scheduled: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Works within the agency and program’s vision, mission and philosophy, and policies of the agency in partnership with the Housing leadership team. The Housing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of interim housing and property management services to ensure a safe, habitable, and supportive environment for residents. This includes managing daily housing operations, supervising staff, maintaining strong landlord and vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all HUD, DMH, and relevant City, County, State, and Federal regulations. The role combines facility oversight, resident support systems, and internal departmental leadership promote agency standards in service delivery and housing quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

Focus: Resident support, internal operations, policy enforcement, and team 

Supervision:

• Manage referral, intake, and placement process to ensure eligibility compliance and appropriate documentation.

• Handle program agreements, relocations, and evictions in accordance with California tenant rights laws.

• Ensure residents adhere to housing rules and rental agreements; manage violations per department and legal standards.

• Coordinate delivery of supportive housing and clinical services for clients in temporary housing.

• Supervise interim housing staff: scheduling, workload, productivity, timesheets, evaluations, and leave management, orientation, training and lead monthly housing team meetings.

• Maintain full bed capacity; manage inventory of furniture and ensure quality control.

• Oversee coordination of consumer social events; collaborate with donors and partners to support event needs.

• Maintain and submit rental tracking, consumer data, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

• Foster relationships with community agencies, housing authorities, private landlords, and stakeholders.
