Job Description:
Summary:
The loyalty programming team is responsible for the long-term strategic planning and day-to-day operation of our loyalty program, Mets Connect. Mets Connect launched in August of 2024 with the goal of learning more about our customers so that we can create a more personalized experience for our fans to enhance their interactions with the team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with loyalty game day operations such as setting up tabling, escorting loyalty members to events and acting as an ambassador for the program
Some tabling duties to drive Mets Connect sign-ups and answer basic program questions
Roaming stadium handing out material to drive sign-ups and answer fan questions
Help with other game day tasks that will enhance the Mets Connect member experience on game days
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for entire shift
Flexible schedule
Ability to work weekends and nights
High School degree
Shift can last anywhere from 4-6 hours per game

Hourly Rate: $18.70
