Responsibilities and Duties include: * Schedules and assigns work assignments to the team and oversees completion of tasks
* Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety, and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
* Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
* Setting the team up for success by preparing the condiments and utensil areas
* Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations
* Contributing to a positive work environment
* Demonstrating integrity, dependability, and punctuality
* Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent guest service
* Following food safety requirements/guidelines
* Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and other related tasks
* Other tasks assigned by the leadership team
