This role will function as the Technical Product Manager to own and optimize cloud-based right time delivery software for Ferguson. Working with a highly talented team, you'll play a key role to design, build, and deliver technology solutions that bring business value through warehousing and distribution capabilities. This role will be responsible for assessing business needs and working with cross-functional product teams to find the most effective way to optimize value around those needs. The role focuses on delivering business value to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality applications and processes. Technical Product Managers work closely with teams of developers, designers, and business partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, strategy, and relationships to identify and deliver solutions that provide value for the business.
• Define and maintain a Product Roadmap and Backlog for the Supply Chain Technologies that support Distribution Solutions.
• Manage software releases and changes.
• Guide a cross-functional team to develop and deliver solutions to the agreed timelines.
• Collaborate closely with key business partners to gather and analyze feedback to shape requirements, features, and products.
• Serve as a link between technical delivery of products and services and business collaborators.
• Lead and prioritize a continuous stream of value-delivering work.
• Build plans to manage existing solutions to service, compliance, and disaster recovery expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Science, Technology, or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a technical, functional product management, senior business analyst role within the Supply Chain space.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure, cloud platforms and application development lifecycles including waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Related experience working with SaaS applications, specifically with delivery management or last mile fulfillment software.
• Experience leading a multi-functional team in the delivery of enterprise level solutions.
• Experience managing technology solution providers and technology consultants within the terms of a contract and statement of work for implementation of a solution.
• Experience presenting and communicating with executive leadership on solutions products and services, impact to business, and value of the solution.
• Experience with solutioning and designing technical products that meet business needs.
• Excels at overlaying customer visions, goals of projects, and mandatory requirements of various functional IT departments.
